CinemaFX for Video App Reviews

Theres a couple of issues, first when you choose a filter in the filters section and when you go back to where the project is the filter that you chose is applied to the video but you can not see the icon of the filters you applied, the other problem is when exporting a video the audio gets completely messed up!

Why is this version 1.2 when I have version 1.3 installed? Is that the reason that it keeps wanting to update again after I just updated? Thats an irritant worthy of app deletion. I think you screwed up somewhere- fix it.

Would like it to support 1080p on the 4a

You will be disappointed if you get this with an iPad. The highest quality I can render is 360, and thats horrible. The filters are all cool, but I wont sacrifice that much quality for this

What a two dollar waste... When you try to apply effects onto video, you cant preview the video or upload it... PLEASE dont buy...

This really is a great app. Ive been using Movie Looks HD-which looks great- but the added layering capability of this app opens up a whole new world of possibilities.

Wish I hadnt bought. 720p rendering looked too pixelated, more like 360. And yes, for iPhone 4s there should be 1080 option. Oh, and let me say a 30sec clip took about 10 min to render with 1 fx. At least it runs in background.

The video options are cool, but it takes fooooorever to render. And theres no audio options :/ wish i didnt buy.

I downloaded this app a mere 4 hours ago and Ive already seen its potential. With just a few quick videos to test the filters, I can see that this will be my current favorite for a while. I use a 3Gs and the rendering is slow, but it works, and it looks very nice in its finished form.

I love this app but it processes video effects really slowly. So slow that I hardly ever use it anymore. Even when I use it on the new iPad (very fast cpu) and Im exporting video at only 640x480 (so...not HD) a 30 second clip with one effect took over 3 minutes to render. The effects render very beautifully but I still hate how slow the process is. Even for the short 15-30 second quick clips i need it for.

Need 1080p and more efx please! Thanks!!

there was no 720 rendering with the effects. that is misleading. i want a refund.

The filters r just ok, but the rendering is too slow to tolerate. The UI desin is also very confusing.

This app has potential but in an iPhone 5 iPad 3 and iPad mini world how could you not have an update yet? It needs HD 720p & 1080p by now. Im think the 8mm app is your only product worth paying for at this point. Please make the necessary changes and you will kill all the competition!!!

I Have the 4s & THERE IS NO OPTION FOR HD RENDERING! DO NOT BUY THIS APP! THEY LIE!!!!!This APP DOES NOT RENDER IN 720p !!!!!! If you want to make your 720p Recordings into fuzzy LOW QUALITY 640x428 than buy this app CAUSE THATS THE HIGHEST QUALITY Resolution Youre gonna get with This App. VERY Disappointing !

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM NEXVIO, EVER. Theyve abandoned development for all their apps except 8mm. They took their customers money and have given zero updates and support. Look at this app. Last updated November of 2011!!

This app is pretty good! Push aside the fact that rendering can take ten minutes and the fact that the output looks a tad less clean as one would expect, its a good app! A great addition to a moviemaking app like splice. But it is begging for an update! I would rate it 4 stars, but this deserves better ratings. Please update! ~Phoenix
